Who we coat for

Repeat SKUs where the finish has to match the last run. If your customer will notice a shade off, so will we.

Trailer manufacturers

Frames, decks, ramps, gates, corral panels. Long parts welcome. Ask about our oven.

Fabrication shops

Job-shop batches, weldments, brackets, enclosures. Overflow or full-time. Either is fine.

Ornamental iron & railings

Handrails, gates, fences, staircases. Architectural-grade finish the homeowner will stand next to.

Off-road & truck accessories

Bumpers, sliders, racks, UTV parts. Texture black that stays black.

Machine shops & aerospace

Spec-driven small parts, masking, threads kept clean. Certs on request.

OEM production runs

Volume agreements, spec sheets on file, scheduled runs. The same color, every time, on purpose.

What we do

01

Powder coating

Single- and two-stage. Gloss, satin, matte, texture, metallic, candy, clear. Steel, aluminum, cast, galvanized. Cured to spec, not to a timer.

02

Sandblasting & prep

Media blasting to white metal, phosphate pretreatment, outgassing on castings. The part the coating depends on and nobody photographs.

03

Color matching

Full RAL range plus custom matches. We keep your color and finish on file so run twelve looks like run one.

How a part goes through

Four steps. We don't skip the first two, which is most of the difference.

1

Blast

Rust, scale, old paint and mill finish come off. Profile goes on.

2

Pretreat

Wash and phosphate so the powder has something to hold onto for a decade.

3

Coat

Electrostatic application, checked for mil thickness. Masking where you asked for it.

4

Cure

Full cure at temperature, verified. Then it cools, then it's yours.

Same color, every run.

Your spec lives in our system: powder, finish, mil thickness, masking. Reorder by part number. Nobody has to remember anything, including us.

Two to three days. We mean it.

Standard turnaround from drop-off to pick-up. If a job can't make that, you'll hear it at the quote, not on day four.

We answer the phone.

A person in the shop picks up. They know where your parts are. This is apparently a differentiator.

So much room for activities.
Capacity

The oven is twenty feet long.

Max part envelope 20 × 12 × 10 ft. Trailer frames, long rail sections, gates, full bumper sets in one batch. If your part is bigger than that, it is one of the parts too big, and we will say so immediately and without drama.

Questions people ask

Straight answers. The full list covers cost, durability, substrates, minimums, and pickup.

How long does powder coating take?

Standard turnaround is two to three business days from drop-off. Large batches and custom colors are quoted individually. Rush is available when the schedule allows.

What does powder coating cost in Utah?

Pricing depends on part size, prep required, color, and quantity. Small parts start around [PRICE]; trailer frames and railings are quoted by the job. Send dimensions and a photo and we'll quote it the same day.

Is powder coating better than paint?

For metal that lives outdoors or takes abuse, yes. It's thicker, harder, more chip- and UV-resistant, and has no solvents. Paint is easier to touch up. That's the trade.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. One bracket is a job. We do prefer that it is a bracket you care about.

Send us the part.

Dimensions, quantity, color, when you need it. A photo helps. We'll quote it today.
